TERMS OF SALE
ORDERS
All Rosie Cheeks products are sewn in a smoke free environment. Due to the personal nature of your order, returns will not be permitted (unless the item is deemed defective when received). All damaged or defective items must be brought to our attention within 48 business hours of the item being delivered and received by the customer. A return or exchange may be issued at the sole discretion of Rosie Cheeks. Any washed and/or used items will not be available for return. Detailed wash and care instructions will be included with every diaper order. Returns and/or refunds will not be permitted on embroidered items. None of the fabrics used in making this product were pre-washed; minor shrinking will occur.
PAYMENTS
We use PayPal to process all of our orders. Payments through PayPal can be made using an approved PayPal Credit Card, a Debit Card, or E-check. Rosie Cheeks will not start an order until the payment has been cleared and received. Rosie Cheeks respects their customer’s privacy – we will never share your personal information with anyone!
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
The retail price of the product does not include the cost of shipping. All shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Items will be shipped through the USPS, using their priority boxes.
USA shipping rate will be $8.00.
International shipping rate will be $14.00.
All orders will be completed within 5-7 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Shipping time through the USPS will be an additional 2-3 business days. Rush orders are available, but customer will incur the additional shipping costs; I will use the fastest shipping method available through the USPS. We purchase delivery confirmations on all packages to unsure the USPS has delivered to your location. For tracking purposes, confirmation will be e-mailed to the customer once order is shipped. If an item is returned to Rosie Cheeks due to inaccurate customer shipping address or other stated postal reasons, we will require the customer to pay the additional shipping costs to reship the package. Rosie Cheeks will be unable to ship orders when the USPS is closed, please keep these dates in mind when placing your order.
Rosie Cheeks offers free gift wrapping on each order (choose your own wrapping ribbon), to include a personalized gift tag. All standard orders will be wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with sticker.

If you live in my local area (Sparks, Spanish Springs or Reno, Nevada), call me or e-mail me your order to avoid the shipping fee. I am usually driving around town and I can coordinate an order delivery at no extra charge.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & DESIGN
We can never guarantee an exact fabric color or style of flower or exact ribbons as Rosie Cheeks’s product suppliers does change from time to time. Should we be out of stock for an item on your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would like to change your order or would prefer to cancel our order and receive a refund.
PRICES
Rosie Cheeks product prices are listed on the website. Prices do not include shipping or taxes (Nevada resident orders are required to pay the 7.725% state sales taxes). Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Rosie Cheeks reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Rosie Cheeks will always provide the customer accurate product descriptions and pricing information. Should an order be canceled, we will send the customer an email within 48 business hours notifying you of the cancellation and refund the customer any charges.
